We converted classic leasing into a digital format, where online car search and booking, application, contracts, invoices and document management are available.

Client’s request and solution

Previously, leasing managers dealt with a huge number of routine issues by phone and e-mail. We developed a personal user account, created a platform for dealers and carried out integration with the company’s internal systems. This made it possible to completely digitize business processes.

Result: The new system reduced the load on the call center and staff by 68%. This helps to save human and financial resources of the company.

Client's personal account

Each leasing user has access to his personal cabinet 24/7, where all information about the leased cars is stored, the progress of payment is visible and the dates of the next payments are indicated.
The information is presented in the form of charts and graphs for clarity.

Online application for leasing

The client selects a car in the web-catalogue. A suitable option can be booked. When the dealer confirms the availability of the car, the process of registration of the application form and the lease agreement begins.

Leasing Calculator

The terms of leasing can be first found out online. The client sets the parameters: the amount of the initial and monthly payment, the lease term – and automatically receives the calculations.

Automated interaction with dealers

A special module has been developed for convenient work with suppliers. It allows dealers to automatically upload lists of cars available for leasing. After processing, these cars get into the catalogue on the website and become available for booking.

Access for employees

If the lease is issued to a company, the personal account is usually registered to the director. He can give access to it to his employees, up to 5 people.
If the client has several companies, he can switch between them in the personal account.
