How we work

How we work with you

A clear, fixed-scope way to get fintech integrations live - senior engineers who own the architecture, work inside your environment, and hand everything over documented. No open-ended contracts, no lock-in.

Operating principlesWhat working with us is like

The same four principles run through every engagement, whatever the integration. They are what make us a delivery unit you can put in front of your leadership - not a body shop.

01
Fixed scope, fixed price

We scope the work before we start. You get a defined deliverable and a price - not an open-ended time-and-materials meter that drifts every sprint.

02
Senior engineers, embedded

The people who scope the work build it. Banking and product literacy in the room, so you are never translating settlement, scheme rules or decisioning to juniors.

03
Architecture ownership

We own the integration design and its outcome - accountable for it shipping and standing up in production, not just for the hours billed against it.

04
Built to hand over

Every engagement ends with documentation, runbooks and a knowledge transfer. You own the code and you are never locked in to us to keep it running.

The journeySix steps from first call to live

Most engagements follow the same path. Each step ends with something concrete in your hands, so you always know where the work stands.

01
Discovery call - 30 minutes

We look at one blocked or upcoming integration with you and map the fastest safe path to production. No slides, no obligation - just an honest read on scope, risk and timeline.

You get: a clear go / no-go and a rough plan.

02
Scope and proposal

We turn that into a fixed scope - the deliverable, the milestones, the contract and the price. Security and compliance requirements are written in from the start, not bolted on later.

You get: a fixed-scope proposal and an EU contract.

03
Architecture and design

We design the integration to fit inside your existing architecture - your core stays in place. We define the contracts, data flows and failure handling, and agree them with your team before any build.

You get: an integration design you sign off on.

04
Build in your environment

Senior engineers build against your code and your contracts, with regular demos and everything trackable. You see working software every week, not a black box that opens at the end.

You get: working software, demoed in your environment.

05
Integration, hardening and go-live

We wire up the real integrations, cover the edge cases and error paths, run security and performance checks, and ship into production inside your regulatory window.

You get: a live, hardened integration.

06
Handover and support

We hand over full documentation, runbooks and a knowledge transfer so your team can run it without us. Ongoing support is available if you want it - but never required.

You get: documentation, runbooks and an independent team.

Not every engagement needs all six - a focused sprint can compress them into a fortnight. The shape stays the same: scope it, design it, build it in the open, ship it, hand it over.

Why it worksWhat you get out of this model

The way we work is built around one idea: get the integration live without pulling your core team off the roadmap or leaving you dependent on us afterwards.

Your core team keeps shipping

We take the integration off your roadmap team's plate, so the product roadmap does not stall every time a high-value integration lands on the backlog.

Predictable delivery

Fixed scope, fixed price and weekly visibility. No surprises for finance or procurement, and no scope creep dressed up as discovery.

Regulated-grade by default

Security, compliance and auditability are treated as product requirements from day one - the way regulated buyers measure delivery.

Speed without the debt

Senior engineers and proven integration patterns mean the work is built right the first time, not rewritten three releases later.

No lock-in

A documented handover and your own code. You can run it, extend it with your team, or move on - the engagement does not create a dependency on us.

One accountable partner

A single EU-contracted entity owns the outcome end to end. No murky subcontracting chains, no finger-pointing when something needs to ship.

Common questions about working with us
How do you price an engagement?

Fixed scope, fixed price wherever the work allows it. We scope and quote before we start, so you approve a defined deliverable and a number - not an open-ended time-and-materials meter. Where a piece of work is genuinely exploratory, we ring-fence it as a short, separately-priced discovery so the uncertainty never sits inside the main budget.

How long does a typical integration take?

It depends on the surface area, but our delivered work ranges from a payment SDK shipped in one month to a full EU banking application live in five. After the discovery call we give you an honest timeline tied to the scope, not an optimistic one to win the work.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Everything is handed over with documentation, runbooks and a knowledge transfer. You own the code, your team can run and extend it, and the engagement never creates a dependency on us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it is always your choice.

How do you handle our security and compliance?

As product requirements from day one, not an afterthought. We design the integration to fit inside your existing architecture and controls, write security and compliance requirements into the scope, and build auditability in - so the work stands up to the way a regulated platform is reviewed.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes. We embed with your engineers and own the integration end to end, or augment an existing team where you need senior integration capacity. Either way we speak your domain, so you are not translating banking and product context to contractors before any code gets written.

Where are you contracted?

Through a single European contracting entity, WislaCode Solutions PSA, with clear scope and clear pricing. No murky subcontracting chains, and a clean structure for your legal and procurement teams to work with.
