Web Summit runs from 9 to 12 November 2026 in Lisbon. On 30 October the Yorkseed tracker alone listed 363 side events around it. We went through the public lists and kept the ones we would send our own team to.
We kept 40, grouped by who gets the most out of them: founders, B2B service providers, CTOs, and one list for the soul. In each group free events come first, then paid ones, so you can plan by budget as well as by goal.
If you work in fintech, start with three: Borderless Night by PayDone (9 November), the Barcelona Catalonia Networking Cocktail at Fintech House Lisboa (10 November) and the Fintech Pitch Party by Enchant (11 November). Many events need host approval and some already have waitlists, so register early.
Meet the WislaCode team in Lisbon

Where to find WislaCode in Lisbon
Hanna Yadlouskaya, our COO, and Slava Kostin, our CEO, are in Lisbon from 9 to 12 November. On Wednesday 11 November we exhibit WislaSearch at booth A3-15 in Pavilion 2. WislaSearch turns the documents counterparties send, such as invoices, contracts and delivery notes, into trusted data inside the client's own perimeter. It matches each document to its order or contract, hands anything that does not match to a person, and links every value back to its source page.
WislaCode is an engineering company based in Warsaw. We build and launch financial products on payment and banking platforms, end to end or alongside a client's own engineers. If you are building in payments, banking or lending, come and compare notes at the booth or at one of the events above.
In the Web Summit app you can message Hanna Yadlouskaya or Slava Kostin directly. After Lisbon, you can also book a meeting with Slava.
Before you go
- Apply early. Many events need host approval, and some already had waitlists on 30 October.
- Keep a backup for each night. Approval can come late, so plan one event a night and hold a second in reserve.
- Watch the map. Web Summit is in Parque das Nações, our evening picks run from there to Cais do Sodré, Bairro Alto, Beato and Picoas, and several share their address only after approval. Leave time to cross town.
- Check the event page before you leave. Details can change, and the host's page has the current ones.
All times are Lisbon time and prices are in euros. Prices, times and free or paid status are as the event pages listed them on 30 October 2026.
Launching a financial product?
We build and launch them on payment and banking platforms, end to end or alongside your own engineers.

When and where is Web Summit 2026?
Web Summit 2026 runs from 9 to 12 November in Lisbon, at the MEO Arena and FIL in Parque das Nações. The side events in this guide run from 7 to 13 November, across the city.
How many side events are there around Web Summit 2026?
It depends on the tracker. On 30 October the Yorkseed list showed 363 events between 2 and 16 November, and the iProxy list showed 257 between 7 and 16 November. This guide picks 40 in four groups by audience, with free and paid events listed separately.
Do I need to register for Web Summit side events?
Yes. Each side event is run by its own host, and you register on that event's page. Many need host approval, and approval can come late, so register early.
Do I need a Web Summit ticket for the side events?
Usually not. The Yorkseed list says most side events do not need one, and Borderless Night and the Barcelona Catalonia Networking Cocktail say so on their own pages. Check each event page.
Which Web Summit 2026 side events suit fintech?
Start with three. Borderless Night by PayDone on 9 November is a free evening in Cais do Sodré for founders and tech leaders whose companies work across borders. At the Fintech Pitch Party by Enchant on 11 November, fintech founders pitch to fintech VCs and to banking and payments leaders.
