$lana (Monetech), a regulated multi-country consumer credit platform, needed its compliance and data integrations online inside a tight regulatory window. We owned the integration architecture and delivered.

Monetech planned to enter a new market with its product, $lana, an online lending app. Our partner had a high‑level concept for a payday loan (PDL) system and needed a team to develop the front end. The main challenges were launching the product in a new market while minimising both development time and time‑to‑market.
To meet these needs, we proposed building a PWA.
Result: Starting from scratch, we achieved the target outcome in just five months. By that time, the first real users had already joined the app.

We proposed developing a Progressive Web App (PWA) to ensure seamless cross‑platform functionality. This approach allowed us to provide a smooth user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
PWA development accelerated the process significantly. A single, unified team worked on the application, and automated testing was implemented to maintain high product quality. As a result, the app was successfully launched to real users in just five months.
To enable distribution through app stores, we developed native wrappers for Android and iOS. This adaptation process was much faster than building separate native apps for each platform.
This approach reduced team costs by 30% since only one application was being developed. At the same time, the client gained the flexibility to promote the product through multiple channels – both as a web app and as native applications in stores. This was a key factor in successfully launching a new product.
We deployed our Push server product, tailored to the project’s needs, to enhance service promotion and customer communication.
It ensures reliable push notification delivery to the web application and enables tracking of delivery statuses for Huawei and Android devices, ensuring messages reach customers through alternative channels if needed.
The project is a collaboration between WislaCode and another vendor. While our partners focus on credit decision‑making and provider communication, our team is responsible for UI/UX design, front‑end development, back‑end integration, and facial/document recognition systems.
Our team also integrated two KYC providers with complex verification logic and third‑party providers (postbacks) to facilitate affiliate notifications.
